About Us
Nestled in the heart of the Peaks lies this little gem. All meats are skillfully prepared by lifelong Master Butcher Michael Shirt and newly qualified butcher James Bunting.
Our Produce
We offer a selection of farm meats, game, home reared bronze turkeys, mouth watering pork pies, savouries, puddings and sweet treats, fresh fruit & veg and dairy products.
Our Awards
We proudly hold award winning titles for pies, sausage, black pudding, bacon and bakery products. To date we have won over 60 gold awards and silver awards.
